Changes to the Rules for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Escrow Accounts at mBank

we have added rules for processing automated settlements on escrow accounts. These rules apply to agreements that provide for this functionality (§ 20a–20c),

we have clarified when we may restrict a client’s access to funds held in an escrow account. We may do so if a competent authority attaches a receivable or issues a relevant decision or order (§ 21),

we have added rules for establishing assignments of receivables and pledges over escrow accounts (§ 24),

we have expanded the scope of identification data. We have added the country of birth (§ 27).
